Of course, it's also still available on Kindle Unlimited, too, along with the sequel: The Code of the West . “You killed them!” she hollered, beating at  his brutalised body with her fists.  “It was you who wanted to come west!” she yelled. “We were quite happy, me and Mama!  Now she’s gone and it’s all your fault!  And Petey!  He was just a baby, with his  whole life ahead of him!  Now he’s gone too and it’s all … your … fault.”   She ground the words out between sobs,  gasping for breath.  Her flailing fists stilled and she curled up against  the dead man’s chest, so...

I haven't participated in  Saturday Spankings  for a while now and it's good to be back!  Today I'm sharing a snippet from my western The Code of the West  along with the great news that it's now available to read for free in Kindle Unlimited!    If you haven't read the first of my Westerns,  The Ways of the West  then now is a really good time to check it out because it's available free in KU too! Here are 8 sentences to whet your appetite: He separated her pussy lips with his fingers, holding her wide open, pushing his tongue deep inside her, exploring her innermost crevice. He nibbled at her pussy lips, tormenting her, driving her wild with desire. He flicked his tongue across her swollen clit, then rubbed the sensitive nub between his fingers, rolling it gently. Raising his hand, he slapped her wet pussy gently with the tips of his fingers, smiling as the look of first shock, then pleasure, spread over her face...

Welcome to my blog for #WipItUp Wednesday! I 'm so excited to share the cover for my western The Code of the West  which is due to be released on Friday 13th November! This awesome cover was made by the extremely talented Korey Mae Johnson at Stormy Night Publications. Thanks Korey! In the years since the tragic death of her parents, Jedda-Lyn Cross has given everything she has to keep the family ranch running. She has grown accustomed to getting no help at all from her alcoholic brother, but when his violent, sadistic friend tries to make Jedda his wife against her will, it is the last straw. Her attacker is the son of the richest family in town, and with the corrupt sheriff ready to do his bidding Jedda is desperate to leave town in a hurry. With no money and no horse, her best chance of making her escape comes in the form of a soon-to-be-departing cattle drive led by the famous trail boss Wes Jordan. But a young woman has little hope of gaining employment ...

#6BestHop - My Western is coming soon!!

Image
Thanks Kathryn for starting up this blog hop, it looks like such fun! This is my first week participating in this hop and I have some exciting news - my western is (hopefully) due for release next weekend!! Yay!!!! Here are the first 6 paragraphs of my upcoming book: “Noooooo!” The agonised cry echoed all across the frontier plains and Johnny’s heart broke for the girl. He watched as Jessica, hitching up her skirts, ran as fast as she could towards the smouldering remains of the wagon train and crumpled in a desperate heap in the dust next to the bloodied body of her mother. She kept screaming, a heart-broken, forlorn keening wail that went on and on as she scrabbled across the ground first to her little brother then her father. All were dead.                Johnny had stumbled across the wagon train only a fortnight ago and had his eye on Jessica since the first moment he saw her – she was truly beautiful, w...

Longhorn Cowboys is back for #WIPITUP WEDNESDAY!!!!

Image
Jessica didn't make any friends when she rode with Johnny into the cattle camp. She'd made her feelings about drovers plain. Which explains the reactions of the drovers when she gets captured by a band of renegade Indians: “I say we just leave her there,” one of the drovers whose name Johnny didn’t know, piped up. “She only thinks we’re a pack of dusty, smelly cowhands anyway!” There were murmurs of agreement all round, and Johnny’s heart clenched. What would he do if the men wouldn’t help him rescue her? He couldn’t do it by himself …              “Yeah,” Frank agreed. “I say just leave her to the Indians. They’re welcome to her!”              It took all Johnny’s self-control not to walk over there and take Frank down, and his breath caught when Mr Jordan took a deep breath beside him, preparing to issue an order. Which way would Mr Jordan go? Would h...

#WIPITUP WEDNESDAY - Longhorn Cowboys - Heart for Home

Image
On the  WIPUTIP WEDNESDAY BLOG  Melody talks about being sunburnt. I'm so jealous!! I know that sounds bizarre - what kind of normal person is jealous of sunburn?? Well firstly, I'm not "normal". Secondly, we're coming to (hopefully) the end of a rather long, cold, wet winter here at the bottom of the world and I would give anything for enough heat in the sun to burn me right now. Alas, I have to settle for curling up next to our woodburner. This week I have some very exciting news to share with you all - my western - Longhorn Cowboys Book One: Heart for Home has been accepted by Stormy Night Publications!!! Yay!!!! I don't have any idea at this stage of when it will be released, but I'm sure I'll know once the excitement of acceptance wears off :)    Longhorn Cowboys  was originally inspired by the good looking, tough drovers on Rawhide  - Ramrod: Rowdy Yates played by Clint Eastwood, Trail Boss: Gil Favor played by Eric Fleming and Sco...

LONGHORN COWBOYS - HEART FOR HOME

Image
I've thought of a title for my new Western! Well actually, my husband did :)  Read on for an excerpt from Longhorn Cowboys Book One: Heart for Home. Jessica was enjoying watching the shocked, but delighted, expression on Johnny’s face as she stepped out of the borrowed dress to reveal short, sexy drawers that had been the height of fashion back home in Boston, but which were still considered scandalous among decent company. She left the gown and petticoats in a puddle on the floor at her feet and shimmied out of her undergarments, standing completely naked before him in the dim glow cast by the lantern on the table by the bed. She’d never been naked in front of a man before but the excitement of the wedding was making her brave.             Johnny whistled softly through his teeth, stepping forward to place his hands gently on her waist, drawing her into him. “You are beautiful,” he whispered into her hair. ...
